Special Summer Schedule: The course will meet as follows: - First meeting date: Thursday, May 29, 2008, 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Courses will meet for 6 days, Monday, June 23 – Monday, June 30, 2008 for 5 hours per day, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. [Instructors may alter schedule of classes]

Laboratory Safety Workshops –
It is essential that teachers directing students in hands-on activities involving potentially dangerous tool, machine and material processes have the safety knowledge and pedagogically appropriate training to ensure students are safe.
· Each workshop session consists of 3 hours of lecture and hands-on activities
· Cost: $ 100 per participant for both sessions - Minimum class size is 8 students.
